At the end of October the performance test of unit G3 (25 MW) on HPP Gammelänge (Sweden) was carried out. This unit was selected by owner (company Fortum Generation AB) for planned renovation (delivery of company ČKD Blansko Holding, a.s).

The purpose of the test was to obtain selected important parameters and to record unit operational behavior (relative and absolute vibrations of turbine, noise emissions, pressure and speed increase during unit emergency shutdown, etc.). Results will be used as a part of information set useful for the unit G3 renovation design as well as for subsequent comparison with behavior of this unit after renovation.
