Flexibility Aggregation module AFLEX serves for the registration of all providers of "technical“ flexibility (balancing services providers) and for taking into account the activation of this flexibility into the basis for calculating the deviations and invoicing.

For our customers who provide balancing services via OSC unit terminals and are required to send undercut measurement to the IS EDC AFLEX from 1st September 2026, we have developed, tested and put into operation a new service on the unit terminals that ensures this obligation. As part of the newly defined processes, these data are further sent from the AFLEX module to ČEPS, where it replaced the data originally sent by the nSVR1.5 service.
