Two new hot water pumps (type MSHA 065, supplied by Flowserve SIHI CZ) required measurement of noise and absolute vibrations of the pump drive-end bearings.

The pumps are in permanent operation (one of them is under operation, the second one is in ready state) without allowance of standstill at the same time. Due to this fact the measurement had to be divided into two stages: 

1. Measurement of noise background of pumps at standstill before their official commissioning op (02/2025).
2. Measurement of noise and vibrations – due to unexpected operational reasons at measurement date there was not permitted to switch/change operated pumps. Therefore, only pump no. 2 could have been measured.  

Determined values of noise and bearing vibrations (at all 3 axes) at pump no. 2 proves fulfillment of the guarantees with sufficient reserve.
