On 1st and 2nd of October 2025, OSC representatives took part at the international conference IAHR WG (International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research – Work Group) arranged at Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic. The attendees were experts from 15 countries and 3 countries continents of the world.

The topic for this year was “Cavitation and Dynamic Problems in Hydraulic Machinery and Systems.

The presented papers mostly showed the results of calculations, simulations and laboratory experiments pointing the direction of future research. The OSC presentation supplemented these theoretical works by its many years of practical experience with relative cavitation measurements on various hydraulic machines (application at real conditions, pitfalls, results interpretations).

The conference serves as a venue for the presentation and sharing of the latest knowledge and experience in the field, as well as an opportunity to meet members of the community of top experts from around the world in person.
