During the summer months, the windings of the diesel generators overheated, which is why the cooling water pipes are being gradually replaced (by the contractor Metrostav DIZ), followed by the required flow verification measurements.  

The measurement at two dieselgenerators, situated in special areas with restricted access, was performed in the middle of September 2025. The ultrasonic flow meter with clamp-on sensors was chosen as the most suitable solution of flow measurement in real conditions. The measurement was successfully carried out although the exact time of measurements were constantly changed because of coordination with other related work activities.

The measurement at both machines proved to have a higher cooling water flow than minimum required limit.
