At the end of May 2019, the  guarantee measurement of Gulling small HPP was carried out. This power plant is located at Enns tributary near Aigen im Ennstal.

The newly established power plant is equipped with two Francis and one Pelton turbines delivered by Kössler company. This combination allows optimal utilisation of seasonal flow rate.

Measurements performed using a combination of the Gibson method and ultrasonic flow measurement showed that the guaranteed parameters of this well designed and built power plant were met. The final results were handed over to the plant owner Wien Energie A.G. on August 13th 2019.
